I just finished the book Holes. I could not put it down! The book was full of mystery and adventure. My favorite part of the book was when there was a flashback. I recommend this book to people who like intriguing and exciting stories.

I liked Holes too! The author, Louis Sachar, has written many books for grade 4-5 students and some of them are very funny, like the Wayside School series.

I am reading the secret order of the gumm street girls. I can't put it down! there is two reasons that I can't put it down, #1, it has 440 pages, #2, it is sooo good! I am only in the 100s though. It is about 4 girls, one has a jinx, the next two are really smart and greedy, well, and they boast a lot, and the fourth is not very smart, but a little intellegent. they are all scared of something, and trying to deal with it! It's sort of scary, but really good! the author is a single mother, how does she come up with this stuff? I mean, she has no girls in her family, so why does she write a book about 4 girls? Why am I asking you all of these questions? I don't know, but, maybe youcan awnser some.
